Rookie lifeguard sessions teach Rookies how to take care of themselves, their friends and family and give them the information they need to practice water safety in their day to day activities. The awards contains survival, rescue and sport skills as well as life support, CPR and water safety elements – all achieved in a fun exciting way.

Bolton splash encourages Rookie Lifeguards in a progressive pathway through the nine Rookie awards for children swimming at stage 7 and above, so come and join the Rookie Lifeguard Club now!
