Event Series Event Series: Temple Martial Arts Kickboxing

Classes interweave periods of rest with moderate to challenging movement sequences. Keeping the mind focused upon breathing throughout movement and rest periods, helps to relax the body and enhances positivity and well being. Learning to listen to your inner responses helps you to adjust your involvement level accordingly during the class.
