Pilates classes are mat based (all provided) and are suitable for everybody regardless of fitness level.
In a Pilates class less is definitely more! The focus is on good movement – quality over quantity.
Classes are very friendly and small; a maximum of ten participants means you’re guaranteed the attention you need.
