Ladies only lane swimming must be pre-booked online, using the following electronic form here. Payment will be taken upon your arrival. Five single lanes will accommodate a maximum of 8 swimmers in each and a female lifeguard will be on duty.
Swimming is an excellent way to get active and it can be done at your own pace, simply choose a lane that suits your ability or preference from fast, medium or slow.

-Ensure you swim in the same direction as other swimmers to avoid collisions
-Do not overtake and keep a good distance behind the swimmer ahead of you
-Lane swimming is for continuous swimming; if you feel the need to rest, please change lanes (dependant on capacity), to adjust your pace, or rest on poolside before resuming
