Event Series: Jump Fitness

Jump Fitness is a dynamic programme, designed to considerably strengthen your body and mind whilst having fun. PROFI jumping trampolines are used to combine fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints and both power & balancing elements for the perfect cardio workout.
