Circuit training is a workout routine that combines cardiovascular fitness and resistance training. The workout gets your heart rate up whilst strengthening your muscles at the same time. You’ll move quickly through 8-10 exercise stations to work different muscle groups with little to no rest between each. These sessions are ideal if you are wanting to lose weight and get fit in general or whether you are looking to aid conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol. We do ask that you check with your doctor before undertaking.
