Jumping is a dynamic fitness programme designed to considerably strengthen your body and mind whilst having fun. Theses high cardio fitness classes include a combination of fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints and both power & balancing elements. Sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities and do not involve difficult choreography steps.
