Instructors follow the Swim England learn to swim programme. Lessons are available for adults and children aged 3 years and above. The programme consists of a range of levels to suit all abilities.

Football sessions focused on developing your children’s skills technically, tactically, physically and mentally, under the supervision of Premier League Coaches.

Our fun, structured play sessions take children on a journey of sporting imagination with engaging and energetic coaches supporting them every step of the way whilst teaching how to catch, pass, kick, run with the ball and play as part of a team.
